At Painted Paper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and wallpaper selections. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all wallpaper rolls remain in their protective shrink-wrap to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
